Acticate provides:
- Technology consulting and development services
- SaaS products for HR, asset management, finance, and workflows
- Related support and maintenance services

3. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate and lawful information
- Maintain confidentiality of account credentials
- Use services in compliance with applicable laws
- Not misuse, reverse engineer, or disrupt our systems
4. Intellectual Property
All content, software, trademarks, and materials provided by Acticate are our intellectual property or licensed to us. You may not copy, distribute, or modify any part without written permission.
5. Payments & Subscriptions
For paid services or SaaS subscriptions:
- Fees are as agreed in contracts or pricing plans
- Payments are non-refundable unless stated otherwise
- Acticate may suspend services for non-payment
6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to protect confidential information shared during engagements, subject to signed NDAs where applicable.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Acticate shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated. Users may discontinue services subject to contractual obligations.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in New Delhi, India.
